Zainab Workforce helps employers hire on contract, temporary and permanent terms, with a focus on fast, screened entry-level and volume hiring. We serve mid-size employers and growing GCCs that need reliable volume without large RPO lock-ins, across IT and non-IT roles.
From the founder
I started Zainab Workforce to make entry-level and volume hiring simpler for employers in South India. Good freshers and steady workers are often missed because screening is slow, and HR teams lose weeks waiting for shortlists. We keep it plain: understand your requirement, screen candidates against it, and share a shortlist within an agreed turnaround.
